I. Delivery Scope
studywitt supports delivery services in over 200 countries and regions worldwide (except for some remote areas, the system will automatically prompt before placing an order).
II. Freight Standards and Free Delivery
Freight calculation rules
- Billing by weight: In most countries/regions, the larger value between "actual weight" and "volumetric weight" is taken for billing (volumetric weight = length × width × height cm÷6000).
- Free shipping for orders over a certain amount: The minimum order amount is subject to the prompt on the order page.
III. Delivery Timeframe Explanation
studywitt strictly controls the logistics nodes. However, due to factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, and policies in international transportation, the regular delivery time is 15 to 30 days.
Note: During holidays (such as China's Double 11 or Western Christmas), extreme weather conditions or customs inspections at the destination may cause delays in the delivery time. We will update the progress via email or text message in a timely manner.
IV. Parcel Tracking and Notification
- After placing the order: Within 2-5 working days after successful payment, the system will automatically send a confirmation email containing the "International Shipping Number";
- During transportation: You can track the package in real time through the following methods:
- The "My Orders" page on the studywitt website (just enter the shipping number to check);
- Bind mobile SMS/email (notified notifications will be sent for key stages such as "Customs clearance completed" and "Delivery in progress");
- If there is an abnormal delay: If the package does not update within the regular time limit, the customer service will contact you within 48 hours to verify the situation (such as completing customs clearance documents, adjusting delivery address, etc.).
V. Customs Clearance and Import Taxes
- Customs clearance responsibility: When the package enters the country, the customs clearance procedures in the destination country need to be completed. The relevant taxes (customs duties, value-added tax, consumption tax, etc.) will be borne by the buyer;
- Tax and fee prepayment service (optional): Some countries/regions support checking the "Tax and Fee Prepayment" option when placing an order. We will estimate the taxes and include them in the order amount to avoid additional payments during customs clearance (please refer to the page prompts for details);
- Customs clearance materials: If the customs requires additional documents (such as commercial invoices, origin certificates), we will contact you immediately and provide assistance to ensure the package can be cleared smoothly.
VI. Exception Handling (Damage, Loss, Delay)
studywitt insures each package with "Transportation Insurance" (the insured amount is the actual order amount). In case of the following situations, you can apply for compensation or a solution through the prescribed procedures:
Package damage / Product breakage
- If you find the package damaged, please take photos or record videos on the spot to preserve evidence (including the tracking number, the appearance of the package, and details of the damage to the goods), refuse to accept it and contact the customer service;
- After the customer service verifies, they will confirm the compensation plan within 72 hours (compensation based on the actual value of the goods, or re-delivery of the same product).
2. Package lost
- If the logistics status shows "delivered" but the goods have not been received, or if there is no update for more than 15 working days, you can submit the tracking number, payment凭证, and other supporting documents to the customer service;
- Once the loss is confirmed, we will fully compensate the order amount (including the shipping fee), or re-send the goods according to your choice.
3. Delivery Delay
In case of delays caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, epidemics, or changes in customs policies), we will offer compensation vouchers that can be used for the next purchase;
In case of delays due to the negligence of the logistics provider, we will coordinate with the logistics provider to expedite the delivery and offer additional small gifts as an apology.
VII. Transportation Arrangements for Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange the product, please submit the application through the "My Orders" section on the official website. After the review is approved:
- Return: You can choose to send it back yourself (the shipping cost is your responsibility. It is recommended to use insured express delivery) or arrange for studywitt pick it up at your place (only available in some countries/regions, the shipping cost is borne by us);
- Exchange: We will send the replacement product for free (the shipping cost is borne by us), and the original package will be processed simultaneously after being returned;
- Note: The returned/exchanged items must have the tag intact and no signs of wearing or washing. Otherwise, it may affect the refund/exchange.
VIII. Service Instructions for Special Areas
In some remote areas or countries subject to international sanctions, delivery may not be possible due to logistical restrictions. Before placing an order, the system will automatically detect and alert you. You can choose to contact customer service to confirm the feasibility.
