To safeguard your shopping rights, studywitt offers flexible and efficient return and exchange services. Whether it's due to inappropriate size, quality issues, or personal preferences, you can apply for a return or exchange through the following process. Throughout the entire process, you will enjoy transparent services and thoughtful protection. 
I. Basic Policy Explanation 
- No-worry Return and Exchange Period: Within 30 days after receiving the goods (including the day of receipt), if the goods remain in good condition, you can apply for a no-reason return or exchange;
- Quality Issues/Incorrect/Unfulfilled Delivery: Within 30 days after receipt, you can apply for a free return or exchange (please provide valid proof);
- Special Notes for Cross-border Orders: For international orders, due to differences in customs clearance, taxes, or transportation duration, additional costs will be incurred for return and exchange (please refer to the following text for details).


II. Conditions for Returning Goods 
Returns can only be accepted under the following circumstances: 
1. Product Issues:
   - Quality Defects (loose threads, color fading, damaged accessories, etc.);
   - Wrong Delivery (size, color, style not matching the order);
   - Significant Discrepancy between the Product and the Promotional Description (false material labeling, etc.).
2. Returns and Exchanges for Non-Quality Issues:
   - The product must not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged;
   - The tag, washing label, packaging must be intact and all accessories must be present;


III. Complete Guide for Return and Exchange Process 
Step 1: Submit the application 
- Log in to the official website/app → "My Orders" → Select the items to be returned or exchanged → Fill in the reason and upload clear photos of the goods (including the tag, the overall picture and detailed pictures);
- The customer service will review within 72 hours. Once approved, they will send the return and exchange instructions (including the return label or address). 
Step 2: Return the goods 
- Quality issue / Wrong delivery: studywitt will cover the return shipping cost. You can choose:
   - Use the free prepaid return label provided by the platform (only available in supported countries/regions);
   - Mail it yourself (keep the shipping voucher and the refund will be made after review).
- For non-quality issues returns and exchanges: The shipping cost is your responsibility. It is recommended to use insured courier and note the order number. 
Step 3: Quality Inspection and Handling 
After receiving the goods, the quality inspection will be completed within 3 to 5 working days;
After confirming that the conditions are met, the system will automatically trigger a refund or exchange notification. 
Step 4: Complete the return and exchange process 
- Refund: The funds will be returned to the original payment account (credit card transactions will be credited within 3 to 15 working days);
- Exchange: A new item of the same style will be sent for free (if the stock is unavailable, alternative styles or a refund can be negotiated).


IV. Refund Rules and Timeframes

Refunds made through the original payment method will take 3 to 15 working days. Credit cards may require additional verification.
Special items (such as custom-made products) do not support returns without reason. Only for quality issues can a refund be requested.


V. Important Notes for Cross-border Returns and Exchanges 
1. Tariffs and Taxes:
   - If import duties have been paid when returning goods, studywitt will refund the corresponding amount (please provide the customs receipt);
   - Due to differences in tax rates among countries, there may be a difference in taxes for the exchanged items (more refund or less refund depending on the situation).
2. Transportation Restrictions:
   - Some countries prohibit the air transportation of textiles, which may result in increased shipping costs for returns or delays in the process;
   - The absence of customs clearance documents (such as commercial invoices) may be detained by the customs. We will assist in re-sending the necessary materials.
